Photographs that illustrate any key issues/defects noted can be added to the report for an additional £45. Please inform us at the time of instruction.
Please also note that the fixed fees detailed above only apply to properties with values of less than £400,000. If your property has an estimated value likely to be in excess of £400,000 please contact us directly in order that a competitive fee can be agreed between the parties.
